As I strive to have as much time as needed for my patients, it is absolutely necessary to make appointments in advance.
Please call within the stated office opening times. Outside these times you are welcome to leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please be so kind as to let us know at least 12 hours in advance (outside opening hours you can leave a message on the answering machine).
Please take into consideration the fact that late cancellations mean appointments cannot be reallocated to other patients in need and that you can be charged for the lost time.

Mostly it's possible to avoid too long waiting time. Please help us with that.Arrive on time and plan -especially
when you come by car- extra time for traffic delay and finding a parking spot. It´s your time. The next patient after you
does not want to wait, because you have been late.
Payment is required at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, Bankomat or Master Card.
